Bondi Beach (pronounced "BOND-ai", or / 'bɒndaɪ /) is a famous beach and asurrounding suburb in Sydney, Australia. Bondi Beach is located 7 kilometers east ofthe Sydney central business district
Bondi Beach has a length of about one kilometer. The south end is devoted to surfingbeach. So for those of you who like to surf and was in Australia, try the waves at this beach.
There is an underwater shark net shared during the summer with other beaches in the southern waterfront. Stomachs of whales and dolphins seen in this bay during the months of migration. Little penguins, which are not common, sometimes seen swimmingclose to shore.
In 2007, the Guinness World Record for the largest swimsuit photo printed on BondiBeach, with 1010 women wearing bikinis participated.
